Job: – Support various business users in Manufacturing, Finance, Sales, Marketing & Services applications – Resolve issues that are logged through HelpDesk and ensure resolution meet with the SLA – Work closely with users for timely fix or enhancements and manage product quality with proper tracking – Willing to work on-call, on-site & multiple shifts in a 24×7 environment – Schedule to support the applications and project deployment on weekends, or when required
Requirements: – University level degree or higher in any discipline with 1 – 3 years experience in software applications support and development – Experience in Oracle SQL&PL/SQL, Microsoft ASP/VB, Microsoft .Net, Weblogic/Java. Infrastructure knowledge is an added advantage – Strong interpersonal and fluency (written and spoken) in English & Japanese
