Responsible for technical development, design, improvement, implementation and maintenance of software and hardware for projects. In charge of tender preparation.
Provide solutions for applications and if necessary prepare procedure manuals for the new system. You will be involved in an end-to-end approach, working with the sales and deployment team in evaluating business opportunities and working with the pre-sales consultant in delivery of a quality solution to the client.
Maintain close rapport/communication with Clients to ensure awareness of continuous information system requirement.
Liaise with major vendors on matters related to software or application systems covering the areas of hardware, software and maintenance services.
Managing crisis situations which may involve complex technical hardware or software problems.
Planning, developing and implementing the ICT budget, obtaining competitive prices from suppliers, where appropriate to ensure cost effectiveness.
Work closely with other supporting departments and partners in preparing proposals to clients and conducting presentations to Clients.
Responsible in handling technical support, application development and project management life cycle including pre-sales support, requirement analysis, process and technical solutions proposals and system integration delivery to client.
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly status/performance report on projects / client / principal / vendors / new opportunities to the Management.
Provide technical evaluation of proposals and pre and post sales support.
Arrange and provide training to user staff on procedures for new systems (when necessary).
Discharge such other duties and responsibilities that may be directed by the Superior. Assist in developing synergies between subsidiary/associated/related companies.
Identify new products/principals which may be have unique selling proposition to the local market.
