Job Description

Requirements:

Posses a Diploma or Degree in IT related fields, specialising in data networking and telecommunication.

At least 2 years working experience in data networking environment.

Experience in LAN/ WAN networking, firewall, routers troubleshooting, administration and maintenance.

Strong problem solving & analytical skills

Posses own transport and willing to travel.

Able to start work immediately or within short notice

IT Networking certification such as CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA and others would be preferred.

Preferably Bumiputra candidates to apply.

Responsibilities: Be able to handle and ensure customer problems resolve within SLA through standard support escalation process

Be able to provide first level support and onsite for problem calls

Be able to work in standby schedule

Be able to work independently under heavy pressure

Be able to work in longer hours
