We’re looking for experienced, dynamic and world-class professionals to join our ambitious, well-funded company. As one of its core pioneers, you will be instrumental in shaping our products and the direction of our business success.

Instead of the typical ’programming contractor’ company, we develop shrink-wrapped products for the global market. We don’t depend on any government contracts whatsoever.

We’re building a truly agile development team, in every sense of the word; quick development cycles, continuous communication, rapid development tools, and low process overhead. We’re using object-oriented PHP, Subversion for version control, FogBugz for bug tracking and all the best tools money can buy. Our developers are equipped with dual-LCDs and a quiet working space.

If you’re a web developer with extensive web application development experience, we would like to talk to you.

Requirements:

• 2 years experience in commercial software development (Web-based applications, PHP/JavaScript).
• Thorough knowledge of and experience with AJAX / Javascript / DHTML / CSS environments.
• Familiarity with cross-browser development issues.
• Experience in leveraging open-source technology components.
• A keen understanding of application usability (Design, Performance, Quality, Ease of use).
• Great oral and written communication skills and the ability to work as an effective member of a tight-knit agile team.
• Proven track record and have completed various PHP projects. We will need to review you code.
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply but you must have a finished PHP project (Commercial/Open Source/For Fun!). We will need to review your code.

  We are looking for the best! You must be able to write great code and even teach us a trick or two. Our salaries, which includes performance bonuses for great work, are aimed towards the top end of the market and are set according to your skills and contribution. Salaries can range from RM2,000 all the way to RM5,000 depending on experience and skills.
